Weekend Wrap-Up

Sunday, we gathered around the sanctuary in our PJ’s, and snuggled in our blankets and pillows, and took naps. Chris talked about prayer, and finding time to pray- which is what we have been focusing on this past month. After we watched a clip from Evan Almighty, the lights were dimmed, and we lay in the sactuary for about 15 minutes and slept, prayed, or did whatever. Afterwards, some of the kids stayed in the sanctuary for more prayer and reflection time, while other ate leftover pies from the Holiday Fair and danced to “Get Down.” It was a thoughful and fun time had by all.
